Position can work remotely from any major metropolitan area. Preferred location would be on the east coast.


The ongoing responsibilities of the position are the following:

  • Prospect, plan, qualify, develop, prove and close opportunities using Solution Selling
  • Access resources when needed and efficiently
  • Be the customer’s advocate
  • Get access to power on the business and IT sides
  • Update opportunity in our CRM system (SFDC)
  • Safeguard Axway and Axway customer data through compliance with Axway policies and the appropriate use of Axway equipment and facilities.

The position will report directly to the VP Sales of FSI North America.


  • Proven track record of sales successes in a software company. The candidate’s profile should include more specifically “hunting” sales skills
  • Strong ability to create and execute complex sales strategies–knowledge of Solution Selling is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal communication (written and oral) and presentation skills are required. The candidate understands he/she is part of team who share the same goals and ambition
  • Possessing an acute sense of urgency
  • Knowledge and experience of the insurance and banking market is a plus.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in economics, business or engineering is required. A graduate degree is a plus.
