As the director of campaign management, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating Axway’s campaign planning, development, execution and measurement processes. You will be responsible for setting the cross-enterprise campaign hierarchy and strategy as well as leading a campaign and a team of campaign managers within this hierarchy for specific cross-solution programs.


  • Define common campaign structure and elements to be used across the enterprise
  • Convert go-to-market strategies into high converting campaigns
  • Document the responsibilities of various functions during the campaign planning and execution lifecycle
  • Work with business unit, product, marketing and sales leaders to shape campaign themes for a yearlong timeframe
  • Coordinate with key functions as they fulfill on the programs that comprise a campaign (digital marketing, field marketing, sales enablement, market intelligence), and the tactics that comprise these programs
  • Act as an ombudsman for questions on campaign priorities, responsibilities, resources and timing
  • Manage a content creation team of production coordinator, writers and freelance design and content development contractors
  • Work with marketing operations to develop campaign dashboards , publish and measure campaign performance
  • Establish a monthly marketing governance cadence with campaign managers to hold market consumption reviews with  business leaders to course-correct as campaigns execution unfolds
  • Coordinate with Business Unit manager for campaign budget allocation and with sales for ongoing business reviews


  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required


    10+ years of marketing experience across demand generation related roles (field marketing, partner marketing, demand generation, campaign management, product marketing, etc…)


    3-5 years previous campaign management experience, including content creation, programs development, and sales enablement

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Able to develop strategies that drive demand and awareness within target buyer and industry segments
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and influencing skills working in across a cross-functional/matrixed organization
  • Experience in the integration market or related high tech software a strong plus (MFT, B2B integration, APIs, Mobile, Security)
  • Budget planning and operations experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with Sirius Decisions Campaign Framework a plus
  • Experience with one or more of the following marketing automation systems required (Pardot, Marketo, Silverpop, Unica, Eloqua)
