As the digital growth hacker of the company, you will be responsible for driving traffic growth and funnel optimization to drive B2B demand for our product portfolio. You will manage, monitor and optimize traffic generation channels – SEO, SEM, referrals, organic – and will make recommendations for improvement. You will work with a cross-functional marketing team to turn those recommendations into deliverables.


Our ideal candidate will be a digital-first thinker with a competitive mindset, strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.


You will be accountable for calculating and optimizing digital ROI for each product line and give directions in terms of budget allocation.


You should be hands-on with strong experience in SEO and SEM and a proven ability to grow critical KPIs such as views, engagement or conversions.


You should possess an analytical mindset and profit orientation and should be able to thrive in an environment of fast testing, measuring, and iterating in pursuit of goals and objectives.


You will directly report to the Head of Digital & Inbound Marketing who is also responsible for website management, digital content and social media.


  • Define the audience development growth strategy for search and paid traffic
  • Work with the social media team to drive social traffic
  • Design landing pages, the funnel and the different call to actions
  • Define and execute the SEO and SEM strategy
  • Monitor and optimize the funnel
  • Optimize traffic across all online channels to meet financial and KPI objectives
  • Work with the digital content & social media team to develop content strategies to attract and engage our target audiences
  • Identify industry trends and insights that will help refine our marketing approach, conducting and presenting competitive analyses and market research as needed
  • Evaluate tools to improve efficiency and increase ROI
  • Provide timely communication of channel metrics, funnel performance and competitive activity


  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing -- specifically including 2+ in audience growth development capacity
  • SEO and SEM expertise
  • Proven ability to conceptualize process and tool improvements, solicit executive sponsorship, and drive projects to implementation and adoption
  • Deep experience with using analytical tools and interpreting data to drive decisions and behavior
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to balance big-picture thinking with deep-dive research and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics or similar analytical field of study. MBA or Master’s a plus
