    Axway is searching for an Account Executive with a proven track record of over-quota achievement and a passion for technology to join our Syncplicity team in the Central/Mid-west Region. This is an opportunity to be a part of the information management revolution and help expand our footprint in one of the fastest growing market segments with a named market leader and award-winning cloud based file management, sync, collaboration, and backup solution. 

    Responsibilities

    • Develop territory/account plans to achieve goals and exceed individual solution quota responsibility
    • Deliver value aligned messaging based on the persona and use case within each prospect organization
    • Maximize opportunity while providing value added solutions to the customer
    • Develop relationships with key decision makers, influencers and partners
    • Manage effective working relationships with large virtual team and support structure
    • High velocity activity providing multiple web based demo’s and presentations daily
    • Consistently build and deliver on an accurate territory pipeline
    • Travel within the assigned territory is required

    Qualifications

    • A proven track record of significant over-quota achievement and demonstrated career stability
    • Minimum of 6+ years related software selling experience
    • SaaS sales experience is required.
    • Excellent presentation skills to executives & technical team members
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Will bring passion for what this technology is doing
    • Sharp, quick-minded, energetic individual with a “go-getter” attitude and a proven ability to multi-task
    • Work from home which requires a self-motivated franchise minded individual
