    At Axway, our Syncplicity Enterprise sales team consists of Account Executives who love the challenge and thrill of closing net new business, expanding into current customers, and transforming the way enterprises collaborate and modernize their infrastructure.  Our salespeople are leading customers on their journey to a digital workplace -- transforming the way users work. We are looking for someone to join the Central region and be part of our dynamic team.

    Who we are looking for

     

    To succeed at Syncplicity, you must be enthusiastic about what you do, understand customer business / technology challenges, possess great communication and selling skills, with the ability to become a respected advisor to your customer.  We will enable you with the skills / knowledge necessary to become an expert in the content collaboration market.  Many of the personas you will be calling on are at a Director, VP, or C level, along with their teams.  You will drive the sales cycles by leveraging a team of professionals, industry leading recognition, and strong relationships to strengthen your ability to win in the market.

     

    Key responsibilities of this role include developing territory and account plans, engaging and cultivating a selling network by collaborating and teaming with other sales channels (business development, Axway solution reps, channel) to build pipeline, progress pipeline, close business to meet your sales goals and deliver great customer experiences.

     

    In short…

    • 3+ years of field sales experience
    • Prior success in Cloud or SaaS sales
    • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
    • Passion for innovative, transformative, truly disruptive SaaS technology
    • Bachelor's degree (required); Master's degree (preferred)
