    As a campaign manager you will be responsible for leading and coordinating campaign program planning, execution and measurement processes. You will be responsible for coordinating comprehensive program strategies, for cross-product solutions focused on buyer needs, that include tactics and activities encompassing digital, direct mail, ABM, events, sales and field marketing execution.


    • Convert go-to-market strategies into high converting campaigns
    • Work with business unit, product, marketing and sales leaders to shape campaign themes for a yearlong timeframe
    • Coordinate with key functions as they fulfill on the programs that comprise a campaign (digital marketing, field marketing, sales enablement, market intelligence), and the tactics that comprise these programs
    • Act as an ombudsman for questions on campaign priorities, responsibilities, resources and timing
    • Work with marketing operations to measure campaign performance via dashboard and report to business leaders on monthly basis.
    • Host a monthly marketing governance cadence for market consumption review with business leaders to course-correct as campaigns execution unfolds
    • Ensuring marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
    • Project manage campaigns from beginning to end ensuring they meet the target objectives
    • Reporting campaign results to senior management and explaining variances
    • Reporting on campaign return on investment and making recommendations


    • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required
    • 5+ years of marketing experience across demand generation related roles (field marketing, partner marketing, demand generation, campaign management, product marketing, etc…)
    • 2-3 years previous campaign management experience, including content creation, programs development, and sales enablement
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Able to develop strategies that drive demand and awareness within target buyer and industry segments
    • Able to coordinate and work across a global cross-functional/matrixed organization
    • Experience in the integration market or related high tech software a strong plus (MFT, B2B integration, APIs, Mobile, Security)
    • Budget planning and operations experience strongly preferred
    • Experience with Sirius Decisions Campaign Framework a plus
    • Experience with one or more of the following marketing automation systems required (Pardot, Marketo, Silverpop, Unica, Eloqua)
