    The NPI Program Manager works cross-functionally to drive the execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.  In this role you will be instrumental in synchronizing all the departments from NPI preparation and kick-off to NPI sign-off, ensuring the NPI project is well executed and meets its objectives. NPI project can cover a product or solution release, a new product or solution, in the context of the AMPLIFY HIP (Hybrid Integration Platform).


    The ideal candidate must have good knowledge of a software editor main processes related to the product life cycle and a good understanding of how a new offer impacts the organization.  You must have extensive experience in leading complex cross-functional programs in a multi-cultural environment. You must excel at taking goals, objectives, and outcomes and, transforming them into an executable plan working with the various subject matter experts from all Axway departments. During NPI execution, risk management is a critical activity you must master.  The right person should be customer centric and business-focused. You do not mind diving into the subjects to better understand the impacts and the risks, as well as being able to help and educate the NPI project team members. The NPI program manager is also expected to help improve the NPI process, as well as provide valuable inputs for improvement to processes the NPI depends on.


    Based in our Phoenix office (Axway headquarter in the US), you will report to the Head of ‘Solutions, Products & Engineering’ Operations.


    • Manage multiple NPI projects with a cross-functional team representing all the Axway departments such as marketing, legal, support, product management, engineering, finance, sales.
    • Collaborate with the SMEs from the different department to assess the impacts, define the deliverables and plan the NPI deliveries.
    • Ensure successful execution of the NPI project.
    • Track and report the progress, issues and alerts.
    • Manage the risks associated with the NPI execution.
    • Manage the dependencies with:
      • the roadmap planning process,
      • the engineering deliveries,
      • the dependencies with the product launch activities.
    • Support the solution/product manager during NPI preparation and execution.
    • Host and facilitate NPI sessions and schedule additional sessions on specific topics as needed.
    • Synchronize with other NPI program managers to bring consistency across all NPI projects.
    • Contribute to NPI process improvement.


    • Strong experience and leadership in project management and risk management.
    • Experience working with cross-functional distributed teams.
    • Experience with software editor operations.
    • Experience with tools typically used by a software editor (Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Jive, etc). 
    • Familiar with software engineering and agile development approach.
    • Good knowledge in product life cycle management.
    • Familiar with pricing and licensing models.
    • Familiar with software deployment models.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
