    We are looking for someone to join our Syncplicity team in the Northeast.  Syncplicity is a leader in cloud based file management, sync, collaboration, and backup solutions which is at the crossroads of the two most significant and far-reaching megatrends in IT today: cloud computing and mobility. With a portion of today’s’ $40 billon on-premise file management market moving to the cloud, coupled with 1 billon smart phones and 300 million tablets hitting the market in the next two years, we are poised for continued high growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop territory/account plans to achieve goals and exceed quota
    • Deliver value aligned messaging based on the persona and use case within each prospect organization
    • Develop relationships with key decision makers, influencers and partners
    • Maximize opportunity while providing value added solutions to the customer
    • Manage effective working relationships with large virtual team and support structure
    • High velocity activity providing multiple web based demo’s and presentations daily
    • Consistently build and deliver on an accurate territory pipeline

    Qualifications

    • A proven track record of over-quota achievement and demonstrated career stability
    • Minimum of 3+ years related software selling experience
    • SaaS sales experience is required
    • Familiarity with solution selling
    • Passionate about this technology and its capabilities
    • Sharp, quick-minded, energetic individual with a “go-getter” attitude 
    • Travel within the assigned territory is required
    • Bachelors degree required Masters in Business preferred
