    Axway Inc. (the North America division of Axway Software SA) has an immediate opening for an Order Management Specialist to join our Finance team in Phoenix, AZ.  This person will be responsible to ensure software management license delivery. Axway is seeking a motivated self-starter who enjoys working in an ever-changing global environment. 


    • Review customer contracts to determine completion and accuracy based on internal controls. 
    • Process new contracts each month in accordance with Axway’s revenue recognition policy.
    • Understand functional and technical aspects of software-based licensing.
    • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
    • Ability to work within a team setting.
    • Solving or escalating problems in a timely manner.
    • Working with multiple computer applications and systems to perform daily tasks.


    • Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage to deadlines while paying close attention to detail and quality.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
    • Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a fast-paced environment.
    • Prior experience in Software Fulfillment or Contract Administration role preferred.
    • Experience in Computer Software, IT, or High-Technology industry highly desirable.
    • Experience working with cross functional teams and global processes.
    • Experience with working directly with Sales Account Executives and Management.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
    • Comfortable utilizing multiple computer applications and systems.
    • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
