  • Overview

    Axway Global Operations team is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer, who will serve as technical subject matter expert for the company's ServiceNow platform. The person will be responsible for for the day-to-day administration, configuration and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, supporting key ITIL processes for the Enterprise Cloud Managed Service offerings, provided by Axway.


    • Perform day to day administration of the ServiceNow system, including making approved changes to process and workflows in all modules, used by Axway
    • Perform ServiceNow implementation tasks including but not limited to: configuration, integration, and testing
    • Develop clear and concise technical and process documentation, making use of the knowledgebase module within ServiceNow
    • Develop systems integrations and process automation – fully utilizing the platform’s workflow capabilities, including Orchestration
    • Coordinate integration with on and off-site systems utilizing resources from other technical teams
    • Coordinate application and platform upgrades


    • 2 years of experience with ServiceNow development and configuration
    • Familiarity with JavaScript, Angular, HTML (familiarity with other programming languages / platforms will be a plus)
    • Basic knowledge of DB, Webservices, Testing tools, Development methodology
    • Familiar with ITIL, CRM and Internal software
    • Familiar with Principles of Application Security for Cloud Services
    • Team player with customer focus
    • Fluent English
