  • Overview

     

    We are looking for a talented, objective focused and customer centric Marketing executive who can assist with building and expanding the Axway customer base in the UK and Nordics region.

    This is a key role within the UK/Nordics Axway team and will offer significant exposure and opportunity to the chosen candidate to work with a fast moving, leading global enterprise software vendor.

    Responsibilities

    Ensure smooth delivery of the global Axway marketing plan in UK/Nordics working with all marketers at Axway under VP Marketing supervision

    Define, localize and deploy demand generation activities across the region, including online (email and social), offline campaigns and partners led campaigns. Support Sales team on local and partner led business development initiatives.

    Lead organization and administration of regional events and drive high attendance to our booths and venues.

    Deploy smart strategies to touch Top 250 accounts in the region

    Work with external providers to source and coordinate regional events

    Increase brand visibility and awareness deploying PR and Social strategies with Corporate Marketing help

    Accountability to report, manage and evaluate all Marketing campaigns in the region using our internal systems (Salesforce and Marketo)  

    Qualifications

    Proven background in event management and online marketing with end to end ownership

    Strong planning and organizational skills

    Customer service minded and good social skills

    Excellent Communication skills: written and verbal

    Very technically aware and enjoys Marketing technology, having worked with a CRM and Marketing Automation system is mandatory, Marketo and Salesforce a definite plus.

    Self-motivated, ability to work under pressure and on own initiative

    High energy, drive and a sense of fun, loves to work in an international environment

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

     

    Degree qualified.  A degree in marketing or equivalent would be preferable

    7 to 10 years work experience in an enterprise software sales company

    Experience in event management, campaign management and marketing communications

    Languages – English, any other languages is a plus, specifically Northern Europeans languages, German and French
