    We are looking for an HRIS Specialist who will serve as the HR data systems specialist and is responsible for administration of behind-the-scenes table structures and security/permissions and reporting to ensure data consistency, integrity and alignment of data across our global business.  This position will require a self-motivated, self-starter who is proficient with and enjoys working on relational databases and mining data.  The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HRIS and/or ATS systems and intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.  This is a growth opportunity for an individual that wants to continue to grow and enhance, both, their HRIS knowledge base and analytics acumen as well as obtain deeper insights to the compensation function. This position will work from our corporate office in Phoenix, AZ and will report to the VP of Global Compensation & Benefits.  


    • Maintenance of Axway’s HR Data Infrastructure and serve as a central point of contact on projects improving Axway’s global HR data infrastructure and experience.  This includes, but not limited to: 
      • Current ICIMs Applicant Tracking System and ADP Workforce Now administration duties
        • Maintenance and data integrity of behind the scenes table structures and general user permissions (user tables, location tables, job tables, etc.)
        • Develop and conduct weekly/monthly data audits to ensure data integrity.  Follow up with local HR and Talent Acquisition team members to resolve data discrepancies.
        • Develop and align key ICIMs metric dashboards and ADP reports for HR leaders and end-users
        • Documentation of processes and workflows related to this role
        • May be called upon to train new HR end-users upon hire
    • HR data analytics/reports – will be responsible for generation of key decision support metrics related to HR data (Headcount, Turnover, Time-to-Fill Reqs, Open Reqs, etc.). 
    • May serve as backup compensation support for other compensation data processes related to annual review cycles, external market surveys, etc.
    • Leveraging experience, must quickly build strong, confident/credible business relationships with HR and ITIS client groups as it relates to HR data integrity and information
    • Other projects as assigned relating to HRIS/Compensation management.


    • Proven and demonstrable experience working with HR core systems is required from a behind the scenes perspective (understanding table structures, user-permissions, security, etc.).  The ICIMs ATS and ADP Workforce Now system experience is strongly preferred.
    • A tenacious and relentless attention to details in data management and auditing will be critical.  Ability to audit data for potential bugs or anomalies with a systemic approach will be key to success.
    • Proven experience with setting up files in an organized, precise, easy to follow/understand and professional manner.  Strong ownership and pride in reporting output. 
    • Must have solid communication skills to translate between technical and non-technical teams regarding HR data/system requirements – speak both languages….techy and layman.
    • Solid analytical skills are preferred.  Candidate must demonstrate an intermediate to advanced skillset in the MS Office suite, specifically Excel is required and MS Access is highly desired.  Experience with Power BI is also a plus.
    • Must work well under pressure and stress with a focus on accuracy and details
    • Must work well in continuous changing environment and competing priorities 
    • Bachelor’s degree in related business discipline required; equivalent combination of education, technical training, certification(s) and experience is also preferred.
