    We are seeking a Sr. Director of Solution Management to optimize the current solution offering and drive new solution capabilities and standardization across the Axway AMPLIFY portfolio. The person will be responsible for working with solution/product managers and cross function teams to standardize the offer, implement best practices, simplify solution management processes and financial discipline to meet company financial goals. The person will also be responsible for tracking and managing key solution/product management success metrics that correlate to high customer satisfaction. This position reports to the VP of Solution Management and will be based out of our corporate office in Phoenix, AZ or Santa Clara, CA. 

    Responsibilities

    • Focus on success of the Axway Hybrid Integration Platform services offering with standardization and alignment with customer and Axway objectives.
    • Work with broad set of solution/product managers and cross-functional teams including Sales, TechOps, Marketing, Sales, Support, Legal and Finance to optimize and standardize the details of the offering and ensure the voice of the customer is heard.
    • Identify and execute on solution/product management process improvements that will result in increased Net Promoter Score for Axway.
    • Ensure Axway offerings in the market, particularly managed services and SaaS offerings pricing and packaging meet company margin and financial objectives by conducting detailed financial analysis working with Solution Managers and Finance.
    • Oversee and ensure all status materials, roadmaps, solution financials, solution use cases, product requirements and success metrics are created and managed using standardized processes across Axway Hybrid Integration Platform solutions/products using best practices and common tools.
    • Support establishment and nurturing of solution technology partnerships and OEM agreements for Axway Hybrid Integration Platform working closely with solution managers and partner ecosystem.
    • Support Solution Management annual planning process and quarterly solution and business reviews.
    • Manage and coach small team of staff in support of the objectives outlined.

    Qualifications

    • Experience with detailed planning, optimization, offer design and product management processes with ability to multi-task and manage multiple complex projects concurrently in a cross functional environment.
    • Attention to details and driving cross functional teams to align on specifics. Ability to drive detailed financial analysis.
    • Comfortable with ambiguity and challenging convention in a dynamically evolving environment. Master at driving and managing change including recognizing and sharing perspective, adjusting when modifications are needed.
    • Deep knowledge of the software, SaaS and Managed Services offers components and characteristics from requirements gathering to post-implementation customer support and customer adoption
    • Has built credibility and a reputation for guiding cross-functional teams to execute on quality deliverables, business cases, pricing models, packaging and go to market.
    • Collaborates without boundaries to ensure transparency into timelines, quality of delivery, exposure to risk, barriers to execution, business viability, and remediation plans.
    • Strong organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles.

    Required Education / Experience:

    • 10+ years of progressive leadership owning solution/product offers and operations with a reputation of delighting customers, meeting tight deadlines, and fostering cross-functional collaborative working relationships.
    • Experience working in enterprise software companies on offer management, financial analysis and solution/product processes. Experience with integration/middleware software, cloud solutions and platforms are a plus.
    • Bachelor’s degree or comparable academic training in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Operations or closely related discipline.
    • Master of Science, MBA required; comparable post-graduate academic training, a plus.
    • Experience in the creation of more than one product from inception to release with meaningful results measured in terms of customers, revenue and/or market share.
    • Approximately 20% travel maybe required, including international travel.
