    Axway University is looking for a skilled and motivated Instructional Designer who is willing to learn, share their knowledge and grow with the team.     • Storyboard the learning solution, support Curriculum Designers to ensure the best possible learning experience.
    • Transform raw learning content into ready to use learning assets, be it for on-demand learning, vILT or ILT delivery. (eg: SCORM/TinCan files, videos, tutorials, Slideware, learner workbooks, facilitator guides, any other support materials required for delivery)
    • Manage the Instructional design projects within their scope
    • Coordinate with other instructional designer to ensure quality consistency and learner experience throughout all learning solutions developed
    • Coordinate with Trainers and Training Admins to ensure smooth delivery
    • Produce templates and Guidelines to support SME raw content production
    • Explore new delivery methods and authoring tools constantly and share with the rest of the team


    • Excellent command of current instructional design and course authoring practices
    • Excellent command of articulate storyline and at least 2 other authoring tools
    • Experience producing learning solutions for complex software products
    • Familiarity with Agile methods, and experience with QA methods and user experience testing
    • Bachelor's Degree required
