    The position is to work in the Marketing area, in all activities pertinent to the department, and constant interaction with Sales. The activities below will be carried out jointly with the Marketing Director, but with autonomy to conduct the activities.

    Responsibilities

    1.      Events

    The company organizes several events for different personas, customized to the characteristics and preferences of the audience. Always aiming to increase brand awareness, educate the technology audience on the solutions the company develops, lead generation and new sales opportunities. Active participation in all stages of the event planning.

    a.      Axway Led Events

    • Work on the event strategy, audience, venue and agenda and details of events in loco
    • Identify contacts (customers and prospects) as the proper audience; prepare the invitation (message and layout) and work on a follow up until registration is made;
    • Invitation follow-up, RSVP, and reminders and thank you messages
    • Small and medium-sized event planning. Negotiation with suppliers
    • Import leads in the CRM system (Sales Force)
    • Lead Management - filtering the leads generated for the sales team. Contact with telephone and email leads to qualify for potential sales opportunities (phone training with the US team will be applied so the person can play this role)
    • Work on post event communication and activities
    • Keeping the budget spreadsheet updated as invoices are paid and adding forecast to future expenses

     

    b.      3rd Party Events

    • Planning the attendance strategy according to the event audience, Axway concept and message, coordination of Axway attendance (booth, speaking opportunities, giveaways, communications)
    • Customize message of Axway deliverables according to the audience profile - via email, phone and social media (LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
    • Generate leads and initiate sales
    • Qualify, prioritize, assign and pass leads to sales
    • Work on post event communication and activities
    • Keeping the budget spreadsheet updated as invoices are paid and adding forecast to future expenses

     

    2.      Partner Marketing

    • Plan Marketing activities with the Director of Alliances & Channels through our partner community.
    • Plan different activities to promote our solutions through partners
    • Keep partners aware on important company updates and promote global initiatives to be distributed to the partners customer and prospect base
    • Assist partners in even planning and management
    • Assist partners with a communications plan, using the department intern as resource to build customized pages
    • Import and assign leads on CRM tool

     

    3.      Business Development Representative

    • Promote our suite of solutions to professionals across specific vertical industries
    • Organize contact lists and add business cards data to the system
    • Convert prospects and marketing qualified leads into sales ready leads by articulating Axway’s value proposition
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Axway’s competitive positioning in the marketplace
    • Build new relationships and maintain existing ones through proactive outbound, inbound, internal communication using the department intern as resource to create emails
    • Follow up on lists and requests in a rapid manner to qualify those that should go to Account Managers
    • Work with Field Marketing and Sales to manage and deliver outbound campaigns to drive awareness and Pipeline
    • Find and source new strategic contacts within target companies (decision makers and sponsors)
    • Research and uncover new projects across out target markets
    • BANT Qualify Sales opportunities
    • Maintain and track productivity goals with Management and marketing departments- weekly, monthly, and quarterly

    Qualifications

    • Fluent in Portuguese and English. Good knowledge of Spanish is required
    • Previous experience in promoting software/technical solutions
    • Previous Sales, call center, Lead Generation and/or telemarketing experience
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and web conferencing tools.
    • Ability to use Salesforce.com (SFDC), LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other on-line tools effectively
    • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
