We are seeking an enthusiastic Data Management professional to join our global Customer Experience team whose mission is to build a “Customer First” culture throughout the company. Responsible for customer research and analysis, customer experience design, and customer engagement, our role is to develop a data-driven, customer-centric practice, and deliver innovative, digital experiences to our customers.
The Data Management Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Voice of the Customer program by importing/exporting customer data to/from CRM and other tools as well as filling data requests coming from various stakeholders within Axway. S/he will also be required to develop a broad understanding of data sets available throughout Axway and will assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of good and accurate customer data in CRM.
Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented Excel guru proficient in advanced data manipulation functions with passion for data quality and customer experience.
