    We are seeking an enthusiastic Data Management professional to join our global Customer Experience team whose mission is to build a “Customer First” culture throughout the company. Responsible for customer research and analysis, customer experience design, and customer engagement, our role is to develop a data-driven, customer-centric practice, and deliver innovative, digital experiences to our customers.

     

    The Data Management Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Voice of the Customer program by importing/exporting customer data to/from CRM and other tools as well as filling data requests coming from various stakeholders within Axway. S/he will also be required to develop a broad understanding of data sets available throughout Axway and will assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of good and accurate customer data in CRM. 

     

    Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented Excel guru proficient in advanced data manipulation functions with passion for data quality and customer experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Master our customer data structure and architecture in CRM and various Salesforce functionality;
    • Extract/import customer data using a variety tools including MS Excel, BusinessObjects; 
    • Learn analysis tools such as Qualtrics, Tableau, Power BI, etc. to create charts and graphs needed for presentations;
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to improve data quality and complete adhoc data requests; 
    • Demonstrates a curiosity and drive for identifying the most efficient and accurate data management solutions;
    • Works with IS/IT department to implement CRM-related projects.

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years in the related field;
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
    • Proven results in data processing/manipulation;
    • Ability to coordinate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
    • Very good with Excel, Salesforce and other business software; 
    • Self-motivated, detail oriented and organized;
    • Focused on deliverables.
