    As the AMPLIFY Platform Developer Senior Marketing Manager you will lead the effort to attract and engage with developers around our AMPLIFY Hybrid Integration Platform. This will involve creating the marketing strategy and plan, coordinating a variety of marketing execution resources to implement elements of the plan, and ensuring that key internal groups understand the business benefits of the platform, developer pains, and specific moments-of-truth in the buyer’s journey.  


    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the creation of technical content/videos/demos for marketing the AMPLIFY HIP platform
    • Drive developer specific tactics (developer days, hackathons, etc.) to recruit and drive adoption of the platform
    • Leverage social media to build Axway creditability and thought leadership in the Hybrid Integration space with the developer community
    • Provide content needed to fuel the buyers journey along the funnel (Thought Leadership assets, White Papers, Value proposition slide deck, blogs, Twitter, LinkedIn...)
    • Influence the product development process by capturing market requirements through customer engagement, analyst interactions, and analysis of market and competitive trends.


    Key Competencies

    • Proven Writing Skills: MRDs, White Papers, articles, blogs, social media posts, value propositions, thought leadership etc.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in coding with API’s and working with developer languages (preferred Javascript) and tools. Creditability with developer community.
    • Project management skills with the ability to plan, manage, and execute campaigns and events within a short timeframe
    • Networks effectively across the organization and within cross-functional teams (sales, product management, R&D, CTO office, Services …)
    • Excellent Communication Skills: succinct and to the point in various formats, including one-on-one, small group and public speaking events for a variety of deliverables (e.g. product presentations, proposals, strategies, etc.)


    Market/Technology/Competitive Knowledge:

    • Knowledgeable about the API Management, iPaaS, and B2B Integration markets
    • Understands developer trends and forces that shape the Hybrid Integration Platform market
    • Knowledgeable about Cloud based “as a service” offerings and how to effectively market and position.
    • Knowledge of specific competitor solutions a plus (IBM, MuleSoft, Boomi, TIBCO, Seeburger, etc)


    Functional Projects and Experience:

    • Develop new content to drive pipeline and adoption for our platform
    • Drive AMPLIFY HIP launch activities
    • Create and execute developer engagement programs
    • Drive social media strategy for developers


    • Experience with Integration products (API, iPaaS)
    • Experience with Cloud based solutions
    • Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing/Communications/Sales or other related study
    • 3-5 years’ experience in Development, Product Marketing or Product Management
