In an exciting phase of both organic and external growth, and due to the recently announced acquisition that would double Axway’s size on the way towards 1 billion in turnover, we’re looking for a dynamic Financial Communication Manager to reinforce our team.

 

Your role will be essential in ensuring Axway's strategy is communicated efficiently to the financial community. We ensure the market stays well-informed about the company’s goals and achievements, fostering trust-based relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will be a key player in the coordination of several key projects, with opportunities to collaborate with all departments in the company and work directly with the entire general management team.

Main missions

 

Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations & Corporate Social Responsibility, your main missions will consist of:

 

-        Coordinating the production of all regulatory reports, including the Universal Registration Document, Half-Year Financial Report, CSR Report, and AGM Convocation Brochure, in collaboration with contributing teams and service providers;

-        Engaging in the preparation of financial communication materials, such as press releases and presentations, and managing their publication and distribution through our different communication channels;

-        Orchestrating key events for financial analysts, institutional investors, and shareholders, including results presentations, capital market days, and annual general meetings;

-        Coordinating corporate access with brokers, organizing roadshows and conferences;

-        Ensuring continuous reporting on investor relations activities, as well as constant monitoring of financial markets and competitors;

-        Regularly updating the investor website and other communication platforms, working closely with our webmaster;

-        Representing Axway at IR events and external working groups;

-        Maintain regular reporting of Investor Relation activities, competitor activity as well as general market information to keep leadership up to date on competitor activities;

-        Managing budget and suppliers in coordination with the team assistant.

 

This position is essential to support Axway's financial communication efforts, which are intensifying as the company grows. The person must have a solid understanding of Axway's business and financial performance, market conditions and stakeholder expectations.

Your qualifications

 

Key skills for this position are autonomy, the ability to remain calm under pressure, agility and rigorous organizational skills. Strong attention to detail is essential, as are demonstrated coordination and project management skills.

 

The ideal candidate...

  • Expertise in financial communications for European listed companies, including familiarity with relevant challenges, concepts, standards, and regulations.
  • Over 3 years' experience in financial communications, with a strong command of operations and the ability to manage complex and sensitive projects.
  • Proven project management and communication skills to engage effectively with various internal and external stakeholders including C-levels.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Workiva, Ipreo, Factset or Business Wire would be an advantage.
  • Fluent French and English required.
