Responsibilities

Your responsibilities

 

Marketing Automation & Technology Maintenance

  • Conduct regular health checkups on marketing tools to ensure proper functioning, data synchronization, and tagging.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, data, and email deliverability.
  • Enhance Marketo emails and landing pages to optimize the user experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Maintain and evolve the Martech stack (Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, Ringlead, etc.) to drive efficiency and scale operations.
  • Assist in the design, development, and execution of the marketing technology roadmap.
  • Leverage technology and data to automate, streamline, and scale marketing processes such as lead generation, scoring, and attribution.

Analysis & Data Hygiene

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy, continuously refining processes to maintain a high standard of data hygiene.
  • Bring best practices on data capture and database management including acquisition, enrichment, standardization, and cleansing
  • Leverage Marketo, SFDC and/or other analytics tools to analyze ROI, pipeline influence, and prospects’ engagement behaviors throughout the buyer’s journey.
  • Generate insights from data analysis to support strategic decision-making and enhance marketing performance.

Marketing Support

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including campaign creation, testing, nurturing, and performance analytics.
  • Develop strong relationships and collaborate closely with regional and global Marketing, Sales, Operations, Legal, and IT teams to deliver a seamless stakeholder experience.
  • Act as a key advisor to Marketing Operations and Marketing leadership, influencing the strategic direction of the business.

Qualifications

 

Your qualifications

  • 3-5 years of direct experience in Marketing/Sales Operations. Practical, hands-on experience with Marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Hutspot, and Pardot.
  • Knowledge of advanced Excel, HTML, and CSS.
  • Critical thinking, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving and testing skills.
  • Self-motivated and self-starter with a high sense of ownership.
  • Think with the big picture and challenge the status quo.
  • Good interpersonal skills: ability to build and manage good relationships with stakeholders and virtual teams.
  • Must have a relevant University Degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have 

  • Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
