• Lead solution alignment workshop sessions to gather customer requirements and critical business challenges
• Map customer requirements to a solution approach and work estimates
• Deploy and upgrade Axway MFT solution in high availability environments cloud
• Implementation includes design, installation, security, promotion and monitoring
• Assess existing customer implementations and document recommendations / best practices.
• Work with engineers on cloud customer support.
• Engage in customer user groups as a subject matter expert.
• Incident Management and Resolution

• Over 5+ years of work experience in the IT industry in similar roles, most likely with a software/solutions vendor.
• Managed File Transfer (MFT):Expertise with products like Axway Secure Transport, XFB Gateway, Interchange, Transfer CFT, GoAnywhere MFT, IBM Sterling File Gateway, Connect, etc. Proficient in creating file flows, routes, and transformations setup in Secure Transport.
• Messaging Services:Proficiency in message-oriented service patterns, including SOAP, REST, SOA, and message bus technologies such as MQ and Tibco.
• Enterprise Integration:Experience with Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Enterprise Security and Identity Management:Knowledge of PKI infrastructure, SSO best practices, LDAP, SAML, OpenID, Multifactor Authentication, and OAuth.
• Networking Protocols:Familiarity with TCP/IP, FTP, SFTP, PESIT, HTTPS, AS2, and related technologies. Strong understanding of network terminology, including firewalls and storage.

Development Skills:

• Languages:Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java (preferred), Python, and JavaScript.
• Frameworks:Solid experience with frameworks like Spring Boot or Django.
• API Integration: Develops and builds scalable and generalized frameworks to support the integration of internal and third-party APIs.
• Microservices:Extensive experience in designing and developing enterprise services and microservices architecture with Java & API Manager/Gateway policies.
• Tools:Proficiency in using tools like Swagger for API documentation, Postman for API testing, and implementing custom partner onboarding solutions and certificate renewal processes.

Full-Stack Development Experience:

• SDLC Understanding:In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Platform Issue Remediation:Remediates platform issues and bottlenecks impacting software development activities.
• Experience with databases, both RDBMS and NoSQL (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, Postgres, Cassandra).
• Collaboration:Works with Architects and technology team members to define development tasks and activities within technical user stories to support the implementation of Software as a Code solution.
• Monitoring and Alerts:Experience in setting up custom monitoring solutions, adding alerts on platforms like Sentinel, Splunk, and performing log scrapping.
• Unix/Shell Scripting:Proficiency in Unix/Shell commands for scripting and automation tasks.
• Broad Technology Understanding:Comprehensive understanding of mobile, cloud, on-premise, and hybrid solutions, as well as container and deployment platforms such as Bluemix, Azure, and AWS.
