We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead our product marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product adoption, increase market share, and position our products effectively in the competitive landscape.

 

Location Requirements: This role is open to remote candidates based in Europe and the United States. Candidates in Paris, France and Phoenix, AZ will be onsite on a hybrid schedule.

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze market data to inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences. Create value propositions that clearly communicate the benefits of our software solutions.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, including sales presentations, case studies, white papers, and product documentation. Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to provide training, tools, and resources that empower them to effectively sell our products. Develop and maintain sales playbooks and competitive analysis.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for product improvement. Utilize insights to refine marketing strategies and product offerings.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Adjust strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the software industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and positioning software products.
  • Strong understanding of market research and competitive analysis methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.
