Mission :

Apporter un support de proximité du quotidien aux différentes équipes sur le site de Trinity.

-Organisation des workshops et autres évènements internes ou externes hors Exec

-Aide à l’organisation de voyages et validation des demandes via Concur

-Traitement des factures Amex

- Soutien sur la recherche et visites d’hôtels à proximité de la Tour Trinity/aide sur le process de signature des contrats négociés à renouveler chaque année

En soutien du responsable de site :

-Vérification / validation des factures fournisseurs (Espace Expansion, Victoire, Elis, TEM, Engie, ….)

-Enregistrement des nouveaux collaborateurs et des visiteurs dans l’outil de contrôle d’acces

Utilisation de la plateforme Veolys
