Nous recherchons un Technicien IT Helpdesk dynamique et orienté service pour rejoindre notre équipe européenne et américaine. Vous serez en charge du support technique aux utilisateurs, de la gestion du matériel informatique et du déploiement des systèmes et logiciels. Ce rôle requiert une excellente capacité à résoudre les incidents, une bonne organisation et un fort esprit d’équipe pour garantir un support efficace aux collaborateurs.
