We are looking for a Junior Customer Engagement Specialist (one year CDD contract) to join Axway to help the team in various aspects of customer experience and event planning.

You will work closely with our team to support the development and execution of campaigns, optimize our marketing automation platform (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce) to enhance customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of customer experience campaigns. Assist in creating content, analyzing campaign performance, and reporting on key metrics.
  • Marketing Automation: Manage our marketing automation platform to streamline and optimize email marketing and customer segmentation efforts.
  • Event Planning: Assist in organizing and executing company events, including virtual and in-person engagements. Support logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
  • Customer feedback: May assist the Voice of the Customer program, standardizing data, ensuring consistency and accuracy to improve data analysis.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in customer experience, marketing automation, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Languages:  French language fluency; English C1/C2 proficiency.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
