Nous sommes à la recherche de notre nouveau/nouvelle Responsable Order management pour rejoindre l’équipe Axway !
Le manager de l’équipe Order Management a pour rôle la gestion quotidienne de l’équipe responsable du support opérationnel des clients : traitement des commandes de logiciel, envoi des clés aux clients et toute autre tâche administrative nécessaire. Il/elle veille à la qualité des données et au respect des délais. Le manager joue un rôle majeur dans la coordination avec les autres départements pour garantir la meilleure expérience client.
