We are seeking our new Senior Manager, Compensation and Benefits to join the Axway team!

The Senior Manager Compensation and Benefits will have the unique opportunity to be strongly involve into design & implementation of Compensation & Benefits projects, in a worldwide organization. Also, she/he maximizes 74Software ability to attract, rewards and engage employees. She/He ensures that rewards are aligned to Business objectives and Corporate Compensation & Benefits strategy, integrated with performance and cost competitive. Position is open for location anywhere across Europe.

Responsibilities

As a member of the Corporate Compensation & Benefits Team, this position reports to the VP Total Rewards. Candidate will act as Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits with the following essential responsibilities in a worldwide scope:

  • Highly involves into Compensation & Benefits projects implementation/harmonization, such as Global Grading, Annual Incentive Plan, Sales Incentive Plan, Pay Transparency, Benefits audit, etc. from design until communication and administration of the programs;
  • Manage the Annual Compensation Review process, including salary increase, variable payouts and Long-Term Incentive
  • Act as an internal consultant to Human Resources Business Partners and Business Leaders, on compensation related topics; Provide recommendations based on market references and internal practices, to design appropriate compensation programs;
  • Interact with HRIS team, involve into design and implementation of processes & tools related to Compensation & Benefits;
  • Supervise & coordinate salary survey participation and results analysis to design & implement compensation guidelines, such as salary ranges, salary increase budget recommendation, etc.

 

The role involves collaborating with various internal stakeholders, including Top Management, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Finance, Sales Operations, and external providers like Consultants

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in HR or Economics
  • At least 8 years experience in compensation & benefits, in multi-country organization
  • Expert level knowledge and skills in compensation topics, like global grading methodology, variable compensation plan design (Sales and non-Sales), etc.
  • Strong experience of project implementation in an international organization
  • Good analytical, diagnostic problem-solving, planning and influencing skills
  • Person of confidence, acting in a highly confidential environment. Responsible, autonomous, creative and continuous improvement minded
  • Excel proficiency, knowledge of HRIS systems, Workday is a plus
  • English fluent, French desirable
