We are seeking our new Sales Ops Specialist to join the Axway team!

As an RFP & Security questionnaires Specialist you will help the Axway Global Sales organization with managing daily activities including but not limited to Requests for Proposal (RFP), Security Assessments and Vendor Questionnaires. You will be part of a team located in Sofia and will interact with Sales Reps spread around the globe as well as with different Security teams and Product Management.

• Oversee globally the RFP/Security Assessment Requests Queue
• Monitor the RFP/SA timeline ensuring a comprehensive response that meets project deadlines
• Work with Sales/Presales/Security and other relevant teams to gather and verify data for the responses
• Update and maintain the RFP library and build a database of standard responses
• Support field sales organization to ensure company guidelines, policies and sales processes are met

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment with diverse stakeholders and drive consensus to achieve goals
• Strong organizational and execution skills with an eye for details
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and with a minimum level of control
• Assertiveness and a strong feeling of ownership
• Experience in Project management
• Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is a must
• Fluent in French, written and spoken, is a plus
• Experience in a Software company is a plus
• Experience in IT security is a plus
• Salesforce knowledge is a plus
