Overview

We are seeking our new Field Marketing Manager to join the SBS team! Join SBS, a global leader in financial technology, and play a key role in shaping the future of banking and financial services. We are looking for a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to drive impactful marketing campaigns, events, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies that engage key accounts and generate business growth.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As a Field Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target key accounts and generate high-quality leads.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to maximise the impact of marketing campaigns and drive revenue growth.
  • Plan and execute online and in-person marketing events, working with partners and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Analyse campaign and event performance, optimising strategies for maximum effectiveness.
  • Manage and enhance our database of prospects and clients to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Qualifications

What are we looking for? 

  • At least 5 years of experience in field marketing and project management, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of the banking or IT industry.
  • Customer-focused and results-oriented, and the ability to follow a plan and deliver results daily.
  • Proficiency in French and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budgets.
  • Planning and organizational skills to ensure the smooth execution of events and campaigns.
  • Aptitude for identifying and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders and teams.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful ABM strategies.
  • Ability to identify and segment key accounts for targeted campaigns.
