We are seeking a strategic and experienced Global Payroll Manager to lead the development and governance of our international payroll operations. This role is central to managing outsourced payroll vendors (BPO), ensuring compliance, and enabling local teams to deliver exceptional service to employees across France, Spain, India, and other global locations.
The successful candidate will bring hands-on expertise with ADP, Workday, and SD Worx, and a proven ability to manage vendor relationships, control scope creep, and develop scalable payroll processes. This role champions a globally standardized payroll framework, while empowering local teams through enablement and engagement to ensure high-quality, compliant, and employee-centric payroll delivery.
