We’re looking for a Head of Employee Training to shape and scale our global employee learning offer. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, leading a small international team and collaborating closely with peers in Product Training, Learning Assets, and Learner Experience.
Must-haves
· Proven experience leading employee learning (corporate university or equivalent) in international settings.
· Strong project & vendor management skills.
· Fluency with LMS/LXP platforms, digital learning production, and modern delivery modes.
· People leadership that builds trust, collaboration, and accountability.
· Data-driven decision making; confident with KPIs/OKRs.
Nice-to-haves
· Knowledge of French learning regulations.
· Experience in software/SaaS or scaling digital learning systems.
