We are seeking a Principal Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team!

 

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead high-volume recruitment efforts to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent for our rapidly growing global software organization within India and the APAC region. 

 

Working in close partnership with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders worldwide, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will deliver a best-in-class, high-touch candidate experience that aligns with business goals, strengthens our employer brand, and supports our mission to build high-performing, diverse teams across the globe. 

 

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, high-energy recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and wants to make a measurable impact on the company’s growth and culture. 

 

This position is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, and follows a hybrid work model, with two days in the office and three days remote each week.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination. 
  • Drive high-volume hiring for multiple business units in India, ensuring quality and speed across all open roles. 
  • Source and attract diverse candidates through proactive sourcing, social media outreach, networking, and employee referrals. 
  • Partner with hiring leaders to define hiring needs, job requirements, and scalable recruitment strategies aligned with business goals. 
  • Ensure a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience and represent the company culture throughout the process. 
  • Stay current on market trends and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR). 
  • Participate within the global TA team in the implementation of TA CoE initiatives. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field  
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant exposure to high-volume hiring in India 
  • Proven experience recruiting for positions within software, FinTech, SaaS, or other technology sectors. 
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, SmartRecruiters, iCIMS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, etc). 
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills. 
  • Analytical mindset and ability to use data to drive recruiting decisions. 
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.
