Position Overview:

The Manager is responsible for team and 3^rd party coordination, resulting in effective and timely completion of accounting activities, monthly close, financial statement reporting, and audit requirements.  

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Hybrid: 2 Days Onsite per Week (Minimum)

• Manage full cycle accounting process for multiple entities, including monthly close, quarter and half year consolidated reporting and external auditor reviews.
• Ownership for Australian financial statements and coordination with other APAC locations.
• Assist in M&A activities including integration of processes and accounting.
• Support the business teams in financial matters and inquiries and analytics.
• Research and resolve issues as identified.
• Perform account variance analysis. 
• Coordinate with outside tax, insurance and accounting advisors in the Asia Pacific Region.
• Serve as a backup to other team members on an as-needed basis.
• Assist with year-end audit preparation and responses to auditors.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned to team.

• BS in accounting, finance (CPA preferred)
• 7+ years of previous accounting experience
• Effective communication skills with the ability to influence across the organization
• Software industry knowledge
• Experience with general ledger accounting packages – Workday preferred
• Physical presence required in the office on a hybrid schedule, two days per week minimum
