We are seeking an Account Executive I to drive net-new logo acquisition across Spanish-speaking LATAM and Government accounts, working both directly and through partners. This role is 100% focused on new business development, selling Axway’s Integration portfolio to complex, regulated, and enterprise-level customers.

You will own your territory end-to-end: strategy, pipeline creation, partner engagement, customer meetings, and deal execution.

 

Location: São Paulo, Brazil (preferred) | Brasília, DF (considered) |Must be able to work from the São Paulo office and travel locally and regionally

Territory: Spanish-speaking LATAM & Government Accounts (via Partners)

Responsibilities

  • Drive new logo acquisition (100% hunter role) across Spanish-LATAM and Government accounts
  • Sell Axway’s Integration portfolio, including FUSION, MFT, Amplify, and B2B solutions
  • Own direct and indirect (partner-led) sales within the assigned territory
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan, identifying priority accounts, verticals, and partner opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with system integrators, channel partners, and local alliances to accelerate pipeline and deal closure
  • Act as a trusted advisor, using value-based selling methodologies (e.g., SPIN, PBR, reference selling)
  • Engage regularly with customers in Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, and broader Spanish-speaking LATAM
  • Navigate and manage Government sales cycles, including compliance with local procurement laws and processes
  • Collaborate with Marketing to support campaigns, events, and pipeline-generation initiatives
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and bookings targets
  • Travel to customer sites, partner meetings, and Axway trainings as needed

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience selling complex software solutions in a multinational environment
  • Proven hunter profile with consistent over-quota performance
  • Strong experience selling Integration software solutions (iPaaS, MFT, B2B, API, or related technologies)
  • Demonstrated success selling in Spanish-speaking LATAM markets, both directly and through partners
  • Experience selling to Government accounts, with knowledge of public sector procurement laws and processes
  • Strong partner/channel sales experience in LATAM and Brazil
  • Language fluency required: (Basic or elementary proficiency will not be sufficient)
    • Portuguese – fluent or native
    • Spanish – fluent or native
    • English – advanced / fluent
  • Ability to work independently, manage complexity, and drive deals to close
  • Willingness to travel within the region when required
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
