The Facilities Lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end facilities and workplace operations for a corporate office of approximately 1,000 employees. The role is accountable for ensuring a safe, secure, compliant, and employee-centric workplace while delivering operational excellence, business continuity, and cost optimization.
The incumbent will oversee engineering services, workplace management, office administration, security, housekeeping, cafeteria operations, vendor management, statutory compliance, capital projects, and employee workplace experience.
Facility Operations
Engineering & Infrastructure
Oversee the operation and maintenance of:
Ensure high equipment availability and timely preventive maintenance.
Vendor & Contract Management
Lead the selection, onboarding, and performance management of service providers for:
Manage service level agreements (SLAs), contract renewals, commercial negotiations, vendor audits, and invoice approvals.
