The Junior Employment Lawyer will provide day-to-day employment law support primarily in relation to the French organisation, working under the supervision of the Global Employment Lawyer.
The role will support the management of individual and collective employment law matters in France, including employee relations, employment documentation, disciplinary matters, complex terminations, employee representative matters, collective bargaining and employment litigation.
The Junior Employment Lawyer will progressively develop autonomy in handling routine and lower-risk French employment law matters, while supporting the Global Employment Lawyer on more complex, sensitive and strategic matters.
In addition to this core French remit, the Junior Employment Lawyer will support the Global Employment Lawyer on selected international employment law matters, primarily through legal research, employment law monitoring, comparative analysis and coordination of information.

International Employment Law – Support to the Global Employment Lawyer
The Junior Employment Lawyer will support the Global Employment Lawyer on selected international matters without acting as a direct legal adviser to international HR teams.

Le Juriste Droit Social Junior apporte un soutien juridique opérationnel au quotidien principalement pour les activités françaises, sous la supervision du Global Employment Lawyer.
Le poste contribue à la gestion des sujets individuels et collectifs de droit du travail en France, notamment les relations sociales, la documentation liée à l'emploi, les procédures disciplinaires, les ruptures complexes des contrats de travail, les relations avec les représentants du personnel, la négociation collective ainsi que les contentieux sociaux.
Le Juriste Droit Social Junior développera progressivement son autonomie dans la gestion des dossiers courants et à faible risque en droit du travail français, tout en accompagnant le Global Employment Lawyer sur les sujets les plus complexes, sensibles et stratégiques.
Au-delà de ce périmètre français, le Juriste Droit Social Junior assistera le Global Employment Lawyer sur certains sujets internationaux de droit du travail, principalement par le biais de recherches juridiques, de veille réglementaire, d'analyses comparatives et de coordination d'informations.
